Privacy Policy

BoardFlow One ("the app") is operated by Fernando Moreira. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what the app needs to work.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email and authentication identifier (via Google or email/password, managed by Firebase Authentication).
• App content: your game collection, duel results, sessions, chat messages and the posts you create.
• Notification token: a device identifier used to deliver push notifications.
• BoardGameGeek credentials (optional): if you link your BGG account, we store the session credentials in encrypted form, only to sync your plays.

How we use the data

The data is used exclusively to provide the app's features: syncing your collection across devices, enabling social play, delivering notifications and syncing plays with BGG when you ask for it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Where the data is stored

App data is stored on a private server (PostgreSQL) in the European Union. Authentication and notification delivery use Google Firebase services.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account and all associated data directly in the app, under Profile. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from the server.
