By installing or using BoardFlow One ("the app") you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app. How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which complements these terms.
BoardFlow One is a personal board game ranking app: through 1v1 duels, you build your own ranking of preferences. It also includes social features such as friends, chat, groups, game sessions and an activity feed.
To use the app you need an account, created via Google or email/password. The minimum age to use the app is 13. You are responsible for your account and for the activity carried out through it, including keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile), which removes your data from the server.
The content you post (messages, comments, photos, posts) is your responsibility. It is forbidden to post or share:
The app includes mechanisms to report content and users, and the ability to block users. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: content in violation is removed, and repeat offenders, or accounts with serious violations, may be suspended or deleted. You can also contact us directly at ff@hexink.cloud.
You keep all rights to the content you post. By posting it, you grant BoardFlow One a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it within the service, to the extent needed for the service to work. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account.
Game data (titles, cover images, catalog information) is provided by BoardGameGeek (BGG). BoardFlow One is not affiliated with or endorsed by BGG. Linking your BGG account is optional.
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardFlow One is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
These terms may be updated. Relevant changes are communicated in the app or on this website. Continued use of the app after a change counts as acceptance of the new terms.
